Delivery Charges:
After we received the payment from buyer, We shall use air parcel service for the delivery of the items the buyer ordered. Depending on the postal service in your area, it can take up to 5 working days. This is the time it takes the Post Office to deliver the goods to you after they are collected from us; not from the time you order. Far flung areas may take longer. Delivery charge quoted is for purchase of one item only. We reserve the right to make an additional charge if that cost is exceeded. If in doubt, email us for delivery time for your chosen product.
Cancellations and Returns:
We offer to exchange the goods within 7 days of purchase. We offer a 7 day money back guarantee providing the goods are returned to us in the same saleable condition as they are received. You have to pay the cost of returning the goods. Returns after 7 days of purchase for any reason other than our error, Post Office damage or if goods do not meet the sales of goods act are discretionary. Your statutory rights are not affected. Exchange or refunds after the 7 day period will be given at the discretion of the Company management.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claim: Damage in transit of goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier delivery condignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 2 days from delivery. Shortages It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 2 days from delivery. In-Correct Goods It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 2 days from delivery. Non-Deliveries We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
